The general objective of the project is to provide a set of innovative intelligent automated tools, Intelligent Lead Management platform for international and Cypriot SMEs and larger corporations which focus on enhancing Customer Experience, streamlining operations and reducing internal inefficiencies. The proposed innovative tools and algorithms will utilize existing and new data streams, potential customers’ touchpoints and interactions with employees in realtime, to identify hidden opportunities, enhance existing channel of communication and recommend / suggest solutions. As a result, each customer will be diverted to the most knowledgeable employee thus reducing the onboarding time required and as a result the cost of acquisition (CPA), enhancing customer support thus increasing customer satisfaction / experience (CX) and increasing customer loyalty thus increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).

The focus of the project is to:

I.Promote research in cuting-edge scientific and technological areas with focus in Artificial Intelligence and more specifically, Deep Learning.

II.Research and develop innovative lead management Deep Learning algorithms with focus on lead acquisition / scoring, employee scoring, skill-based routing and intelligent churn prediction.

III.Enhance already available and award-winning set of tools with innovative ArƟficial Intelligence-driven tools.

IV.Provide an alternative opportunity for qualified Cypriot or international scientists that are interested in solving real life high impact problems for the economy of Cyprus, Europe and the rest of the world.

V.Strengthen Impact Tech Ltd innovative set of tools and offerings to successfully compete with internationally recognized corporations and attract additional investment from Venture Capitalists (VCs).
